Behavioral Health Partners, Inc. is dedicated, through community support and collaboration, to manage and operate the Treatment & Recovery Center.

The Board of Directors of BHP, Inc. shall be nine persons. The board is committed to reflecting the interests of the community stakeholders.

JOIN OUR TEAM

The TRC integrates the expertise of leaders in psychiatry, medicine, and community services to address mental health and substance use crisis. The Bert Nash Center, LMH Health, and Douglas County are the principle partners in this bold endeavor. While TRC employees receive paychecks and benefits through either Bert Nash Center or LMH Health, team members report to TRC leadership and work within the TRC clinical philosophy, culture, and policies.

Psychiatric RN, Nights

Full-time - Hourly

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization, while complying with laws and regulations in maintaining patient information. This position leads the coordination of care for patients by applying effective decision making skills based on patient/family healthcare needs and priorities. This is a per diem position. 

Demonstrates knowledge of Crisis Intervention and the ability to de-escalate potentially aggressive situations and will provide education to patients and their families regarding Behavioral Health diagnosis, medications, and treatments.

Therapist - Crisis (QMHP)

Full-time - Hourly

The primary responsibility of a Crisis Therapist is to serve the community by working at the Treatment and Recovery Center(TRC) and those who come in experiencing a mental health emergency through comprehensive crisis and risk assessments, interventions, and coordination of care to adult, children, and adolescents. The Crisis Therapist will provide mental health services based on the application of clinical social work and/or clinical psychology theory and principles.

Full-time- Hourly

Behavioral Health Specialist

Full Time - Days

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Behavioral Health Specialist provides monitoring and supportive services in an urgent care and medical setting that serves individuals across the lifespan through a multidisciplinary and collaborative service approach.

Full Time - Nights

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Behavioral Health Specialist provides monitoring and supportive services in an urgent care and medical setting that serves individuals across the lifespan through a multidisciplinary and collaborative service approach. 
 

APRN

Full Time 

The primary responsibility of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be to direct, coordinate, and provide medical/clinical services to specified patients within the facility, including, but not limited to: intervention, assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, patient education, risk assessment and discharge planning.
