As we work to stabilize the Bert Nash Center’s finances, our team is identifying areas for improvement to ensure we can keep providing high-quality, compassionate care for years to come.

One contributing factor to our financial challenges is the rise in unpaid client balances. Currently, 5,681 accounts have outstanding balances totaling approximately $3,100,000. Starting next week, clients with accounts 91+ days past due will receive a letter from Silo Recovery, a trusted partner who is helping us reach out to these clients and resolve these bills.

If you receive a letter from Silo Recovery:

  • Please don’t ignore it. This is a formal reminder and an opportunity to resolve your balance in a way that works for you.

  • This is not traditional collections. It will not impact your credit, involve wage garnishments or liens, and no legal action will be taken.

  • If you're facing financial difficulties or have questions, call the number on the letter to learn about payment plans or financial assistance.

We understand life can get overwhelming and financial issues are stressful. We’re here to work with you in a way that helps us move forward and continue to serve our community.

Thank you for standing with us as we work through this challenge and continue to build a healthier community.
